The 13^th StarAwards

Star Awards is an annual nationwide English competition designed to provide university students with an engaging academic playground while raising awareness of the importance of foreign languages for both academic success and future career opportunities.

Since 2017, Star Awards has been officially co-hosted by six university clusters across Vietnam: Thai Nguyen, Hanoi, Hue, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, and Can Tho. The competition is proudly sponsored by Wilmar CLV Group and its Simply brand, who have accompanied the program through many successful seasons.

Building on the success of its 13th season, which attracted nearly 130,000 contestants from 198 universities and colleges nationwide, the 14th Star Awards will officially take place from September to December 2025, hosted by Thai Nguyen University. With the theme “GENERATION Z: VOICES ON THE FUTURE”, this year’s competition promises to bring contestants fresh and exciting experiences through the rounds: Starship, Be The Star, Starplus, Starlight, and Star Union. Through Star Awards, we invite students to continuously expand their knowledge, enhance essential soft skills such as presentation, debating, and English communication, and get fully equipped for a professional working environment after graduation.
